An opportunity has arisen for an Administrator - Tenancy Support to assist the Housing Department within Thurrock Councils’ Adults, Housing and Health Directorate. You will be required to work with various teams on a specific project based on records management for a one year fixed term contract.

The type of person who will be suitable for this role will be organised, professional and have good verbal and written communication skills to ensure enquiries are dealt with effectively. A large part of your responsibility will be ensuring that paperwork is processed and scanned onto data bases within the time constraints given to ensure targets are met. You will also need to be flexible, adaptable and have a good knowledge of databases. Accuracy of work is essential within this role, as well as attention to detail to ensure that records are processed and stored correctly in line with GDPR regulations.
