Freelance interpreters Opportunity in Thurrock

Premium Linguistic services based in Birmingham providing interpreting and translation .

We have been providing services nationally to the NHS, immigration advisory services, national and local government, and private clients .

This may be an excellent opportunity for you to increase the number of face to face interpreting jobs and/or your translation assignments and to develop your career with us. The work will involve attending solicitors’ offices, courts, prisons, hospitals, GP Practices, businesses and government agencies across Greater Manchester offering interpreting services to their clients. You may also be asked to provide telephone interpreting services in the form of a 3 way conference call.



Skills and experience required



Fluent in English and your native foreign language(s)

Main Duties:



Face to face interpreting, telephone interpreting



All Languages required



Interpreters will be required to:



Have experience in Interpreting and or Translation work

Excel at customer service.

Have ongoing access to internet and e-mails.

Be able to provide an accurate, confidential and impartial service.

Be eligible for self-employment in the UK.

Provide a current valid DBS clearance.

Provide two references.

We provide induction and training on our processes for all our approved candidates and can provide them with information on how to obtain formal interpreting qualifications.
