Pure cheating this meal. Buy an off the shelf cous cous available at all supermarkets will compliment this beautifully.
For the Lamb ! its natural flavour is so strong all you need to do is fry it on medium/high heat non stick pan, turning 4 times over 8- 10 mins (depending how pink or well done you like it)
That’s it nothing else required ! it will require a condiment though so have a barbecue sauce or ketchup handy and it eats as well as any similar restaurant dish.
Only drawback is Lamb is the more expensive meat these days.
