Serve 2
Ingredients:
- 2 pieces of salmon
- fish Thai sweet chilli sauce
For salad:
- radish
- cucumber
Method:
Put the salmon on foil (separate sheet for each fish) Pour Thai sauce on it, cover salmon with sauce on both sides. Bake in the oven 180C for half an hour.
Salad:
Cut cucumber and radish into thin slices. Mix together.
Serve salmon with rice and salad.
