Orava Castle, Slovakia. Orava Castle is a stunning and beautiful historic building. It overlooks and dominates the Orava region, with its summit reaching 112 meters above the river Orava. The castle (which the locals are proud to tell you was never conquered) eventually became the Museum of Orava. Considerable interest is invested by ghost hunters as the Castle is thought to be haunted.
