
This is so easy you'll think your missing a page but trust me this is exactly how the pubs do it.
Ingredients:
- 1 bag of standard supermarket chick drum stick (for some reason it always tasted better off the bone)
- 1 jar of stand Cajan spices
- olive oil
Method:
Brush the chicken legs in olive
Dip in the Cajun spice so its sticks and covers the whole drumstick
Put in a preheated oven, middle shelf (190c) for 25min - 30 mins (no more than this)
Serve with Fries or rice
DONE
and that is exactly how the restaurants do it that I trained in, there is no magic to it.
