Dish will serve 4 people. This dish stores well so taste very good the next day as well.

Ingredients:
-
2 big peppers
-
2 medium sized tomatoes or 1 can of tomatoes
-
3 medium sized onions (quartered)
-
3 sausages (you can buy Bratwurst Sausage in places like Aldi and mix with a polish a sausage from Londis or Tesco - regular sausage won't work as well in Lesco)
- salt, 1 green pepper (sliced thinly), paprika, a little chilli powder, 1 glove of garlic(crushed)

Method:
Put the Tomato into boiling water to remove the skin then take out and cut into quarters.
Heat the oil in a large pot and add the onion for 2 -3 minutes then add sausages for a further 2 – 3 mins, next add the tomatoes and peppers.
Lightly salted the mixture and add the garlic. Stir and let simmer for a minute then add the Tin of Tomatoes.
Cover and keep on low heat for 10 to 15 minutes. You can add a little ketchup for extra flavour. Stir occasionally and add a little water if the mixutre looks to be to think.
