
This is one we used to do as a last minute dinner when we were at university and it always really satisfying as the masala paste blends really well with salmon.
Ingredients:
- salmon steak
- chicken ticka masala paste
- vegetable oil
Method:
Its really simple
Just fry the salmon in a frying pan with a little oil
When it starts to look done add a tablespoon of the masala paste to the pan and turn over once or twice to cover. Make sure it nicely coated
Carefully put on the plate and serve with a little rice.
